Stress-related burnout is responsible for a business' loss of many talented, valuable professionals. Excessive stress detracts from individual job performance and creates a tense, negative, and crisis-oriented work climate. However, research proves that stress is a natural part of human functioning and that most people function best under a moderate level of stress. The need for effective stress management, then, can be crucial for a professional to function properly.

I really enjoyed the program. It made me feel that I will really be able to cope with my stress in the future. Mr. Schwartz presented everything in a clear, funny, and very comfortable manner.

This seminar gave me some concrete examples to use in practice, particularly concerning conflict/concentration strategies.
Lisa Arello, Assistant NSE Manager

A quality presentation, educational in a non-overwhelming way. I learned new ways to relax. I see the advantages of asking myself, "Is this really important? Is it a big deal?"
